2022/23
A deposit of £100 per cottage, per week booked, is payable by the client at the time of booking. The full balance of the holiday cost is payable 4 weeks before the arrival date.
All cancellations must be notified in writing. The owners will endeavour to re-let the cottage. If successful the client will be refunded (less £25 admin fee), but if not all monies paid by the client shall be forfeited. We recommend cancellation insurance.
Bookings run from 4pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day of departure.
The client is responsible for leaving the accommodation in good order and in the same clean condition as they found it. The client undertakes to pay for any breakages or damage, requiring replacement or repair, and for any extra cleaning costs on departure.
Those named on the reservation form only may use the accommodation. Subletting or assignment is not permitted.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the property let is of the required standard, occasionally breakdowns occur. The client is requested to inform the owner should this happen, so repairs or remedial action can be initiated promptly.
Dogs are permitted by prior arrangement, there is an additional charge of £20 per week. Please bring the dogs own bedding and bowls. Dog owners are requested to clean up especially well in the property and in the garden. Please note that the front garden are not suitable to allow a dog loose in and that the back garden of no 9 is not enclosed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
The owners cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage to client’s baggage or personal effects. We recommend insurance to cover this.
It is the client’s responsibility to supervise children at all times. The owners accept no responsibility for any accident, injury or sickness howsoever caused.
