Entrance door leads to pretty beamed sitting room. Carpeted and with soft lighting. Furnished with two sofas centered around an open fireplace. Flat-screen TV/ DVD and Bluetooth speaker. Walk-in cupboard with a good selection of books and games. Dining area to side.

The Garden

The front garden is a traditional Cottage garden.  The bird table has many visitors, including pheasants, woodpeckers, robins, sparrows, blue tits, coal tits, long-tailed tits and chaffinches, among others.

 The small rear garden is unenclosed, offering uninterrupted views over open farm land. Just a ditch separates the garden from the open fields. There is a table and chairs for dining outside. It is the perfect place to admire the wonderful Suffolk sunsets.
